We are so excited about the community we built in 2023 and can’t wait to connect with more athletes in 2024! We have members all over the country who have yet to experience an AthletEX event and we are thrilled to bring them the AX experience this year. As we are rapidly expanding, we are looking for team members who are just as passionate about our mission as we are and can join us to help grow our network and engage with former collegiate athletes IRL!

THE CITY CAPTAIN - EVENTS TEAM
Help bring AthletEX events to life in your city and get paid to do it! As an event coordinator, you’ll work with our corporate team to propose exciting events for members in your city and ensure that each event runs smoothly.
Our ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and creative. We’re looking for the planner of the friend group. The one that makes sure the dinners are booked, the group is coordinating outfits, and everyone has reserved their spot for the weekend workout class.
Responsibilities:
Come up with interesting events and recommend spaces within your city for us to host events
Work with AX Founder to plan events, track member engagement, and coordinate vendor communication.
Attend and manage events (These events occur on Weeknights and Weekends and are usually less than 3 hours including prep, activity, and clean up)
Represent our Team by fostering a positive relationship internally and externally with members, partners, and vendors
Take photos and videos at events that can be used for AX Social Media
We’re looking to hire two event coordinators per city. This is an in-person part-time role. Please only apply for the City you currently reside in.
THE ALUMNI TEAM
Spread the word about AthletEX and get paid to do it! As an alumni team lead, you’ll work with our expansion team to help raise awareness about AthletEX within the alumni network of your university.
Our ideal candidate was friends with other athletes from different sports teams across your school’s athletic organization. You were well known on campus and were the first to tell your friends about any exciting upcoming events or initiatives in your athletic department .
Responsibilities:
Posting on Linkedin or Instagram introducing your network to AthletEX
Spreading the word about our organization to other former athletes who attended your school and align with AthletEX’s values
Building and maintaining relationships with your school’s SAAC (Student Athletic Advisory Committee)
Invite alumni to AthletEX events and help facilitate community at those events
Welcome new graduates from your university into AthletEX
Lead your university’s chat channel on our digital platform and gather feedback about the member experience
Hit monthly acquisition targets and work with the Growth Team to set target goals
We’re looking to hire one alumni lead per university. This is a paid ambassador position.
