AthletEX is launching a new monthly GAMEDAY series for former college athletes to bring you fitness, recovery, and social experiences all in one! Join us for a morning of breathwork, cold plunges, normatecs, and goodies provided by our favorite brand partners!

• Breathwork and Ice bath sessions will be led by Nike Global Trainer & Head Coach of Ice Cold Club, Lauren Schramm.

• Recovery Lounge will feature mobility coaches and physical therapists from MotivNY, normatecs, massage guns, recovery creams, food and beverage stations and more.

• Make sure to bring a bathing, towel and a warm change of clothes for your commute home.
